Introduction

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Ahead of making any purchase you will be asked to tick a box on our Site which says; “I Accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale”. In ticking that box, you will be accepting the terms set out here.

We are based in the UK and our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. Our digital documents can be downloaded worldwide.

It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist. 

Purchase Terms for Services

The details of each specific service and the terms of delivery associated with it are described on each page of the website and delivered in accordance with these Terms. You should review those terms in detail before purchasing. 

If you purchase as a consumer, rather than a business, then should you change your mind following your purchase you are entitled to a refund within the first 14 days. Should you receive any element of the service prior to requesting a refund then any refund will be issued pro-rata for the services provided. 

Purchase Terms for Digital Downloads 

We have worked hard to create digital products which are of a high standard and support our clients to improve digital accessibility and provide high-quality digital assets for business growth and resale.

If you buy any of our digital products, including templates or courses, you are purchasing access to a digital asset; you will not receive a physical product. You will receive instant access automatically once your payment has been processed. Depending on the product, you will receive an email with a link to download your file, a link to the templates created in Canva, access a Google Drive folder, or login details for our course platform.

Refunds

As you receive this access instantly, you will not be entitled to receive a refund. Please check that you are purchasing the correct product to meet your needs. Your other statutory rights to a refund (such as if a file is faulty) remain in place.

Intellectual Property

Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property. However, where a product is specifically sold with PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights), your right to copy, edit, or redistribute that specific product is governed by the individual license provided at the time of purchase. For all other products and services, you are not permitted to copy, share, or edit them without our express permission.

Important Disclaimers

Please be aware that you are purchasing a digital product only. You will not receive a physical product and there will be no 1:1 or group training. Should you require further support get in touch and we can advise you of the options to work with us further, additional fees will apply. 

Whilst our products are designed to provide high-quality support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results of any kind.

Technical Difficulties

Should you have any problems with downloading your file or be unable to access the download please email us, placing ‘Need help to access (product name)’ in the subject field and send your email to ami@digitallymadeforyou.com 

Additional Circumstances

Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund which are not set out above you should email ami@digitallymadeforyou.com to set out your refund request. 

All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights. 

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.

When you buy something from Digitally Made For You, you are agreeing to these rules. Here is a quick breakdown of how things work:

Buying Services (Like 1-on-1 help)

  • If you change your mind within 14 days, you can get a refund.
  • However, if we have already started the work, we will only refund the part we haven’t finished yet. You pay for the work already done.

Buying Digital Products (Like Templates and Courses)

  • These are digital only—nothing will be mailed to your house.
  • You get access instantly via email, Canva, Google Drive, or our course platform.
  • No Refunds: Because you get the files immediately, you cannot “return” them. Please make sure you really want the product before you buy it.

Using Our Files (Rules & Licenses)

  • Usually, you cannot copy, share, or sell our work. It belongs to us.
  • The Exception: If you buy a product specifically labeled PLR or MRR, you are allowed to edit and resell it according to the specific license that comes with that product.

No Guarantees

  • We create high-quality tools to help you, but we cannot promise that you will get specific results (like making a certain amount of money). Your success depends on your own hard work!

Tech Support

  • If a link doesn’t work or you can’t find your download, email ami@digitallymadeforyou.com with the subject line “Need help to access” and the product name.

The Legal Stuff

  • We follow the laws of England and Wales. If there is ever a serious disagreement, it will be handled by the courts in those areas.
